Norman Capital Mortgage was established in 2005 during the residential housing boom. The firm later turned its focus to offering commercial mortgage loans and unsecured working capital loans to small businesses and commercial real estate investors. The principal partner has a vast amount of experience in commercial credit analysis, lending and loan packaging for successful underwriting and approvals.
